Întâlnire – Ministerul Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor, 24.02.2016
În cursul zilei de 24 februarie 2016, a avut loc la Bucureşti, la iniţiativa Ministerului Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor, o întâlnire dedicată programelor RO-02, RO-04 şi RO-07, organizată de către Operatorul de program, care a avut ca scop evaluarea gradului de implementare a proiectelor de către promotori, respectiv de rezolvare a problemelor apărute în realizarea obiectivelor propuse. Din partea echipei de implementare, a participat, în calitate de invitat, managerul de proiect, lector univ. dr. Răzvan Bătinaş. Evenimentul a avut loc sediul Ministerului Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor, începând cu ora 14.00. Printre participanţi, s-au numărat manageri de proiecte şi parteneri, pe proiecte aferente programului RO-02 – Biodiversitate şi servicii ale ecosistemelor. Discuţiile au fost conduse de doamna director Marisanda Pîrîianu, care a consultat fiecare participant în privinţa stadiului de implementare a proiectelor derulate. Subiectele abordate s-au referit la gradul de absorbţie a fondurilor alocate, nivelul de îndeplinire a obiectivelor asumate, probleme şi divergenţe apărute la nivelul fiecărui proiect. De asemenea, au fost discutate premisele derulării unor viitoare programe şi tematici care să fie susţinute financiar pe viitoarele lansări de proiecte.
Meeting – Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, 24.02.2016
On 24 February 2016, a meeting dedicated to programmes RO-02, RO-04 and RO-07 took place in Bucharest, at the initiative of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, organized by the programme operator, which aimed at assessing the degree of project implementation carried out by promoters and solving the problems emerged in achieving the objectives proposed. Lecturer Răzvan Bătinaş, PhD, the manager of SIENPHCTS project, participated as guest on behalf of the project implementation team. The event took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, starting at 2 p.m. Among the participants were project managers and partners of projects related to the programme RO-02 – Biodiversity and ecosystem services. The discussions were led by Mrs Marisanda Pîrîianu, coordinator of the EEA Financial Mechanism in Romania, who consulted each participant on the stage of the projects under implementation. The topics discussed were related to the degree of absorption of the funds allocated, the level of achievement of the assumed targets, problems and divergences emerged in each project. In addition, the discussion reached other topics such as the premises for running future programmes and areas to be funded by the future calls for proposals.
